AHHHHH HELLO!! Thanks so much for your interest in working with us! We’re always looking for more artists to collab with and highlight on our socials and in the Artist Alley. If you wanna collab, please use our Contact Form to reach out and we’ll get back to you real soon:)


When will new products drop?

At the ShadowyBean, new items will always drop in collections based on a specific show. Collections will include both regular items that will stay in-shop AND preorder items that will only be available for a limited time before they’re gone FOREVERRR AND EVER. Occasionally we’ll add items to pre-existing collections.

As we’re still a new shop, we can’t guarantee a fixed drop schedule just yet. It will really depend on the amount of sales from our first couple of collections. The more items we sell - the quicker we can work with our artists to get new items designed. At this time we estimate that new collections will drop approximately every 1-2 months, but pweaseeee bare with us as this may change. It could be a bit longer or even a bit shorter, we’ll need some XP (experience points) first. Thanks for understanding and we hope you love the shop!


Do you take requests?

YES! DEFINITELY! ABSOLUTELY! If there’s a cartoon or anime on your mind that you’d love us to create a collection for, tag us on Twitter and Instagram (@shadowybean) to let us know. Although we can’t guarantee that every suggestion will be turned into a collection, we can promise to hear you out:) And if there’s enough suggestions and excitement around a specific show, we just might run with it!

We’re a completely online store but our team is based in Los Angeles, CA babyyyy 😜

 

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! BUT PLEASEEEE be aware of any restrictions based on where YOU live or items that can’t be imported into your country. If you are unsure of the restrictions in your area, you can contact us first and we’ll help confirm to make sure. 

We use Printful for a lot of our more basic items, so please refer to the Printful Shipping Restrictions to see if shipping is available in your location.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Items that are in-stock will often take 5-8 days to ship and deliver domestically. International shipping will vary depending on the country. If we’re overwhelmed with orders, this time may be delayed by a couple days. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that orders will arrive by a specific date. Timing that you see at checkout are just estimates and can often be shorter or longer than advertised.

ISSUES

What is your return/refund policy?

All items (except preorders) can be returned and refunded within 48 hours after receiving the order. Refunds are often sent within 7-10 business days of us receiving your item. Misprinted, damaged or defective items can only be exchanged within 30 days after the order has been received. For all returns, please reach out through the Contact Us Form.

Given the limited edition nature of preorder items, they are unable to be returned or refunded, learn more on the Preorder page.

 

What is your exchange policy?

Yes! We do exchanges for wrong sizes. If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, please reach out through the Contact Us Form within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

What if I need to make changes to an order?

If you need any changes made to your order, contact us immediately! If you’ve input the wrong address and the order has already been sent out, you’ll need to contact the postal service with your tracking number to make new delivery arrangements.
